The ones already involved won't be doing any of that. When they leave that line they will be surveilled and harassed. Some will be jailed. They will be made examples of and promoted as insurrectionists necessitating new increased security measures for the good of all Canadians. Anyone who empathizes with them will be labelled insurrectionists just like the rest of them.
Is it over?
No.
For them it's just beginning. We're a year farther along in the process. Things are different, I know, and we have good things coming, but anyone who doesn't think what happened to us won't happen to them needs their fucking head examined.
