I read it a few years back. It talks about JFK's "turning," from being a cold war warrior, to an advocate for peace! Was intending to get us out of Vietnam before the 64 Election, signed the first treaty with the Soviets to eliminate above ground nuclear testing and to reduce both countries' nuclear arsenal. Between that, his refusal to be sucked into the CIA backed Bay of Pigs attack on Cuba, his statement about the CIA needing to be broken into a thousand pieces, and dispersed with the wind, and his famous speech at American International University, calling out the Cabal (Secret Societies), the danger to a Country that believes in a freedom to have people in positions of power secretly bent on destroying our Country and enslaving its people, and how he would do everything in his power to stop them. He knew that he had marked himself for death, but could not ignore what was wrong with our Country and World, just like GEOTUS.
The book is a great read, and is thoroughly researched, with footnotes and the "sauce," for all points made.
