Fact: "L.S.J., LLC" is a Delaware corporation with its principal place of business in the Virgin Islands
Fact: Fancelli Paneling's workmen were on site on following dates: May 19 to June 12, 2009 and January 19 to January 28, 2010, and March 19 to March 22, 2010.
Contract for work was for custom cabinetry in the amount of "several hundred thousand dollars" for the residence's library. Said cabinets were constructed in Europe and shipped to the Virgin Islands in crates. This lawsuit was filed because Epstein claimed the cabinets were not acceptable quality and not installed properly (my words, not from the lawsuit)
Fancelli Paneling was a SUBCONTRACTOR for Juan Pablo Molyneux, Ltd.
