That's not correct. In para 5, Durham talks about Joffe spying on Trump. Sussmann's lawyers don't deny this. In para 6, Durham talks about data that Sussmann took to the CIA. Durham does not say when Joffe obtained that data. Sussmann's lawyers playing smoke and mirrors.
