The MICC End User requires the following items, Brand Name or Equal, to the following:
LI 001: Child/Youth and Toddler Winter Boots: Unisex style shall be matching pairs which constitutes "each" Shall be Waterproof or water-resistant-coated lower materials (nylon, Gore-Tex, leather) Lug soles 6 to 10 inch upper boot style 200-800 grams of thermal insulation All items shall be in earth-tone colors and solid patterns: Browns, Blacks, Grays provided as pairs See attached spreadsheet for size and quantities and specifications these shall match existing stock on hand in form fit and function. Items that do not will not be technically acceptable “Must be Berry Amendment compliant.”, 4324, EA;
