Anyone want to explain the Super Secret Space Navy to me.

They got moon bases. Big space cruisers, guessin rail guns, lasers, rods of god and probably battlestar level weaponry stuff. Drone swarms would be a good guess too, scout drone swarms for target id and weapon lock.

Healing techs? My impression is that the Secret Space Navy is a joint alien-human military venture, crewed by both ET spacebros and human spacebros. I got a hunch that aliens aren't too trusting of humans running their own super high tech space battleships and like to keep their eyes on us, just like they do with our nuclear arsenals.

Anything I miss? Any spacebro currently lurking on their orbital dildocruiser want to chime in?
