Each different human race was genetically modified by a different ET race.

The positive and negative ET factions are at war.

The negative ET’s are trying to eliminate the offspring of the positive ET races.

They encourage race mixing to breed out the positive DNA

If you look at things from this perspective, you can see it happening.
