Cheating, Hunter’s Deals, Joe's Touching: New Book on US First Lady May Cause Discomfort for Bidens

There have been scandals brewing around the family since the Democrat announced his decision to run for president in 2020, including his son’s business dealings in China and Ukraine and Joe Biden’s potential conflict of interest, as well as sexual assault allegations made against the politician.

A new book on First Lady Jill Biden may cause discomfort for the Bidens as it could reveal unpleasant stories about members of the family, the Daily Mail reports. According to the tabloid, citing a spokeswoman for the publishing company Little Brown, the book, titled "Jill: A Biography of the First Lady", will unveil "some of the private sides" of Jill Biden.

Scheduled for release in April, it was penned by two veteran White House journalists – Julie Pace and Darlene Superville, both reporters with the Associated Press. A spokesman for Little Brown said the first lady participated in the interviews with the journalists and confirmed that her "early life is covered" in the biography.

The latter detail prompted speculation that the book may touch on allegations of cheating made previously by her first husband, businessman Bill Stevenson. Both Joe Biden and Jill claimed that they started dating after Jill’s marriage had crashed. Stevenson, however, suggests otherwise.

In 2020, he claimed that Jill cheated on him when they were still together.

"Her father was begging me to take her back when he found out what was going on. He asked me to give her a second chance, but I wasn't interested. I considered Joe a friend. I'm not surprised he fell in love with Jill. Everyone who meets Jill falls in love with her immediately. It's hard not to", Stevenson said.

Among other tricky subjects that may be covered in the book are the drug problems of her step son Hunter Biden, Joe Biden’s son from his previous marriage. Hunter entered the media spotlight in recent years following reports of his business deals in Ukraine and China and using his family name to get preferential treatment.

An expose by the New York Post claimed that Joe Biden was engaged in his son’s business dealings during his tenure as US vice president, which the newspaper said could be interpreted as a conflict of interest.

The book may also deal with the allegations of sexual harassment and assault made against Joe Biden.

During the 2020 presidential campaign, several women accused Joe Biden of sexual harassment. They claimed that the politician had touched and kissed them without their consent.

Former aide Tara Reade alleged that she had been sexually assaulted by the Democrat. Ms Reade claimed that Biden forced her against a wall and penetrated her with his fingers in 1993, when he was a senator for Delaware. Joe Biden has categorically denied the accusations.

CDC Casually Admits Covid Nose Swabs Ended Up in a Lab for Genomic Sequencing Analysis

The CDC on Wednesday casually admitted some of the Covid nose swabs ended up in a lab for genomic sequencing analysis.

But don’t worry because only the virus will be used for the genomic sequencing analysis, the CDC said.

Many Americans were forced to take nose swabs processed with a PCR test in order to work, travel or get life-saving surgical procedures.

Now those swabs are being used by scientists to track Covid variants.

“Remember that COVID-19 nose swab test you took? What happened to the swab? If it was processed with a PCR test, there’s a 10% chance that it ended up in a lab for genomic sequencing analysis.” – the CDC said on Wednesday.

Colorado Secretary of State Jena Griswold Being Sued for: Not Legally Certifying 2020 Election; Illegally Destroying Records; and, Creating Law Specifying Only Certain Unknown Individuals Can Audit Voting Machines

An election audit in Colorado between a citizen and Colorado’s Secretary of State Jena Griswold was filed in November. The case requests as relief a full, independent forensic audit of the voting systems in Colorado.

Colorado Secretary of State Jena Griswold was sued over the destruction of election records, failure to properly test voting equipment, and obstruction of independent election audits. The relief sought in this case is a full, independent forensic audit of Colorado voting systems and the 2020 election in Colorado.

In the filing to the case, Hanks asserts the following:

WHEREFORE, on their First Claim for Relief, Plaintiffs pray that this Honorable Court enter judgment declaring that Defendant violated C.R.S. § 1-5-608.5 by failing to have Colorado voting systems tested by a federally accredited laboratory before the 2020 election. Plaintiffs pray that the Court enter judgment that an independent forensic audit is necessary to determine whether the voting systems meet legal standards, and whether the systems accurately recorded the votes of the people of Colorado in the 2020 election. Plaintiffs pray that the Court order the Defendant to pay the costs of such audit. Because of the importance of this case to the voters of Colorado, Plaintiffs pray for advancement on the docket and accelerated discovery pursuant to C.R.C.P. 57 (m). Plaintiffs pray for an award of costs, expert witness fees, reasonable attorney fees, and all other appropriate relief.

In this portion of the case, Hanks argues that the voting machines in Colorado weren’t properly certified by certified auditors per state law. The same situation occurred in Arizona. The TGP reported that the auditors in Arizona hadn’t been properly certified prior to the 2020 Election, therefore, nullifying any certifications they made before the 2020 Election.

The second point that Hanks makes is that the Secretary of State destroyed election records. Hanks states:

“Forensic examination found that election records, including data described in the Federal Election Commission’s 2002 Voting System Standards (VSS) mandated by Colorado law as certification requirements for Colorado voting systems, have been destroyed on Mesa County’s voting system, by the system vendor and the Colorado Secretary of State’s office. Because similar system modifications were reportedly performed upon county election servers across the state, it is possible, if not likely, that such data destruction in violation of state and federal law has occurred in numerous other counties.”

The third point from Hanks is that a recent law that Griswold put into place, despite unanimous pushback prevents independent election audits. [If this is allowed to stay there will never be independent, adequate, and honest election audits in Colorado]. An example of recent issues in the state where the machines should be audited is given in the case.

In the most recent election, November 2, 2021, the El Paso County clerk’s office transmitted election data to Defendant’s website using an internet connection. As batches of votes were transmitted, the total votes counted increased on Defendant’s website by approximately 20 per cent. This happened twice. The El Paso County Clerk telephoned Defendant’s office. Defendant’s office was unaware that its website was showing inflated vote totals from El Paso County. Defendant’s office and the El Paso County Clerk agreed to manually decrease the vote totalsthat had been transmitted by the voting system.

Devin Nunes: “They Spied on – the President of the United States – When They Didn’t Find Anything They Made It Up and Framed a Sitting President”

Rep. Devin Nunes (R-CA) joined Sean Hannity on Tuesday to discuss the explosive accusations by Attorney John Durham that Hillary Clinton’s campaign spied on the Trump Campaign and Trump Tower and then later spied on his White House servers.

As intelligence expert Kash Patel later added — They must have had help from the NSA in order to do this.

The opposition party and federal government intelligence operatives were spying on President Trump and then framed him of crimes he never committed or even thought of committing.

Devin Nunes: “Let me just simplify this. What they did is they spied on a presidential candidate – and then the President of the United States. When they didn’t find anything, they made it up and they framed a sitting President of the United States and tried and got the Mueller investigation. That’s really what happened here. It’s really that simple.”

Dan Andrews BACKFLIPS on three-jab mandate which would ban anyone without a Covid booster from going to the pub

Victoria Premier backtracks on three-jab mandate describing it as 'impractical'

Elective surgery is set to resume on February 28 as Covid restrictions ease

Melbourne's public hospitals to perform category two surgery from Monday

Victoria's premier says it could be 'impractical' to mandate three COVID-19 jabs under the state's vaccinated economy, as elective surgery is set to resume.

A mandate requiring three COVID-19 jabs to participate in Victoria's vaccinated economy may be too difficult to implement, Premier Daniel Andrews has conceded.

The state reported 8149 new COVID-19 cases and 18 deaths on Wednesday, with the easing Omicron wave prompting a plan to lift elective surgery limits by the end of the month.

Mr Andrews had previously indicated that once the definition of fully vaccinated was changed to requiring three vaccine doses, this would be extended to Victoria's vaccinated economy.

At the moment, Victorians must have received two doses to attend venues, including events, pubs and restaurants.

Freedom Convoy Donor Forced To Close Coffee Shop After Receiving Violent Threats

A woman who donated to the Freedom Convoy protest movement was forced to close her coffee shop after her personal information was stolen and subsequently leaked. Tammy Giuliani, owner of Stella Luna Gelato Café in Ottawa, Ontario, said in an interview with the Ottawa Citizen that she was forced to close down her store after she began to receive violent threats. Giuliani was one of thousands of Freedom Convoy donors who had their personal information stolen from crowdfunding Christian crowdfunding site GiveSendGo on Sunday.

“We got a call from the team saying, ‘We’re getting phone calls here,’” Giuliani told the Ottawa Citizen. “I said, ‘What’s going on?’ and they said, ‘They’re threatening to throw bricks through our window. They’re threatening to come and get us.’ We said, ‘Lock the door and we’ll find out what’s going on.’”

After the threats, Giuliani told her staff to go home and reported the disturbance to the police. Giuliani had made a $250 donation to the Freedom Convoy and said she approved of the protest’s aims of lifting vaccine mandates and other COVID-19 restrictions. “When a group of people first decided they were going to travel across the country to spread this message of solidarity, it seemed like a beacon of hope for small businesses like us,” she told the Ottawa Citizen. “It’s no surprise that small businesses have been on the edge. Families are at risk of losing their livelihood. I’m a sucker for a grassroots cause.”

Giuliani later walked back her support for the convoy, however. The cafe owner condemned the convoy for “what has transpired” and called her previous support a “mistake.”

“Never in our wildest dreams did we anticipate what has transpired over the past couple of weeks,” Giuliani told the Ottawa Citizen. “None of us anticipated what it turned into and we certainly don’t condone it.” It is unclear what Giuliani was referring to, as the Ottawa protests have not led to any violence.

“In retrospect it was bad judgment, but does that mean that people have a right to threaten our staff? Does it mean people have the right to threaten to throw bricks though our window and to threaten my family? We made a mistake. Who could have anticipated it?”

Giuliani’s personal information was leaked when crowdfunding platform and GoFundMe competitor GiveSendGo was hacked this past Sunday. Thousands of names and addresses were then shared with a leak-hosting site and later amplified by verified Twitter users.

Distributed Denial of Secrets, a nonprofit organization known for hosting hacked materials, announced on its website Sunday that it obtained over 30 megabytes of data from GiveSendGo, including information on donors to the Freedom Convoy. The leaks reportedly include “donor information for the Freedom Convoy from the GiveSendGo platform as of February 13, 2022, including names (self-reported), email addresses, zip codes, and IP addresses,” the organization said.

UK tip leads to Sydney man charged with possessing child abuse material

The Australian Federal Police has charged a 43-year-old Sydney man with allegedly possessing child abuse material. He appeared before Sydney Central Local Court today (Wednesday, 16 February 2022).

Investigators from the AFP Eastern Command Child Protection Operations team executed a search warrant at the man’s home in Drummoyne this morning.

The operational activity followed a report from the United Kingdom’s National Crime Agency to the Australian Centre to Counter Child Exploitation (ACCCE) about a Snapchat user allegedly engaging in sexualised chats and requesting sexualised images and videos of children.

Police seized a mobile phone, four nunchakus, two butterfly knives and one concealed double bladed knife during the search warrant.

The man was arrested at his home and subsequently charged with:

Two counts of possess or control child abuse material, obtained or accessed using a carriage service, contrary to section 474.22A of the Criminal Code 1995 (Cth). The maximum penalty for this offence is 15 years’ imprisonment.

One count of possess child abuse material, contrary to section 91H of the Crimes Act 1900 (NSW). The maximum penalty for this offence is 10 years’ imprisonment.

Seven counts of possess prohibited weapon, contrary to section 48 of the Weapons Prohibition Act 1996 (NSW). The maximum penalty for this offence is 14 years’ imprisonment.

He has been bail refused and is due to next appear in Sydney Central Local Court on 3 April 2022.

AFP Detective Sergeant Jarryd Dunbar said every click on an image or video depicting child abuse is fueling a global industry that thrives off the exploitation of children.

“The AFP and its law enforcement partners share intelligence and work closely to combat an industry that knows no border and only seeks to profit from the suffering of children,” Detective Sergeant Dunbar said.
