I picked up a ton about a month ago, not selling.

There are 3 types of shares. DWAC, DWACW, and DWACU. This is how SPACs generally work.
U is unit, they are the original public shares from the SPAC, they split into one DWAC and one DWACW share.
W is a warrant. They are worth 1/2 a DWAC share and can be redeemed, conditions met, at a future date. Maybe Octoberish. They have expiration dates many years out and have tax consequences at redemption worth looking into, BUT unless you sell them back to the market, you can essentially get a pretty good deal on redemption since the price is well less than half of DWAC. Take taxes into effect, the greater future option risk, and the spread between DWAC and 2xDWACW to get more specific.
