COPS closed four bridges in London this morning to investigate an "unattended item".

The closures sparked travel chaos as drivers were forced to take alternative routes, and pedestrians evacuated from the affected areas.

The Met police said in a tweet: "A number of bridges in central London have been closed as a precaution while officers assess an unattended item in the vicinity of South Bank.

"They are: Westminster Bridge, Waterloo Bridge, Hungerford and Golden Jubilee footbridges.

"Please use alternative routes."

Massive ‘Freedom Convoy’ being planned to descend on Washington DC

Dr Aaron Kheriaty, a doctor of psychiatry, who was fired after exercising his rights to bodily autonomy has said he will organise a truckers convoy to head to Washington DC.

“March 5th we’re going to gather in Coachella Valley for an all day event. March 6th we’ll send off the truckers, they will travel east toward Washington DC. It’s going to be entirely peaceful, it’s going to be a gathering that will gain momentum as it proceeds, and I think it’s going to be a gathering that’s going to be supported by millions of Americans who come out to literally make sandwiches for the truck drivers.”

He said the “People’s Convoy’s” goal is “to demonstrate and to be together,” and he said he expected a large show of solidarity from Americans.

Kheriaty was fired in December from his teaching position at UC Irvine after he claimed to have “natural immunity” to the coronavirus. He hoped his claim would allow him to side-step the university’s requirement for staff to take the coronavirus vaccine.

“Two years ago I never could have imagined that the University would dismiss me and other doctors, nurses, faculty, staff, and students for this arbitrary and capricious reason,” he wrote at the time, later saying, “Once I challenged one of their policies I immediately became a ‘threat to the health and safety of the community.’”

His Twitter profile lists him as the “Chief of Ethics” at the Unity Project USA, which describes itself as “coordinating a unified movement against vaccine mandates for K-12 students in CA and beyond.”

He is also a fellow at the Ethics and Public Policy Centre, a DC think-tank which describes itself as “working to apply the riches of the Judeo-Christian tradition to contemporary questions of law, culture, and politics.”
