Everyone is mostly good
This is caused by the fact that they think everybody is like them, and cannot understand that others can be different. This has been subverted a lot in the past few years with the reverse racism, acceptance of ALL etc. But the bottom line is that this is not done to be mean. They really think that everybody is GOOD.

Everybody has EXTREME individual rights and liberty. Since everybody is deeply good, it is assumed that everything people want to do is good. It is frowned upon to <judgeothers based on their behaviors

They are morally superior.
Some of the left have been sucked up into newagy philosophies. At first the intention was positive, to evolve and improve. However, this was also subverted and made them think that "you must always be happy and positive"… this is not healthy and create resentment. The resentment is being used to 'weaponize' these people against certain groups (i.e. white men)
The moral superiority is a drug
This is a drug to AVOID the ugliness of the world. It's easier to go do a seance of naked feathered meditation in the city park than addressing real problems in the world.
A march is a social event
They don't want to discuss, they don't want to understand. They want to be together and feel like they matter. Remember, it's a drug.
Anger is a signal
They are not really angry. They are angry to belong to their group-think so they feel cozy.
