Replace negative thoughts in your mind with a mantra. The word "Maranatha" is wonderful Aramaic word from the bible that means "Come Lord" or "Lord Come".

 

Or use the word "Amen"

 

Or "Jesus bless us"

 

Or "Aum"

 

Or focus on the breath.

but repeat it if the mind wanders and makes you feel bad.

 

This concentration of the mind onto one thing, a mantra, alleviates stress, improves mood, and makes you a better thinker. It can also bring your consciousness to a higher level. All by repeating one word or phrase. Simple and profound.

 

Complexity and intellectualism can make a person feel lost and creates mazes that are often used by the elite to enslave us. A mantra, or meditation, pierces this prison and instills wisdom.

 

It makes you quick and ready rather than slow and exhausted. It makes you relaxed rather than stressed, centered rather than panicked.

 

Do it while walking, sitting, conversing, working.

 

When you need to think about something else, you'll be ready, but a mantra is a good way to pacify the mind when it's not engaged in something.
