I'm from 80s/90s actually. But from what I learned on my fights is that there are a few points of fracture that they use to divide the populace. As it's known, Divide & Conquer is a great strategy. Unfortunately I see it's being used against us, the last bread saw a lot of EU vs. US and Boomers vs. Millenials posts.
It's easy to counter such divisive propaganda, but one must first know about it.
Now, I agree boomers did a lot of damage, but let's bear in mind, that they were the "after-war" population and millenials aren't that much better, we are still in the minority. Instead of seeing flaws between our generations / continents / genders / etc. it's better to note WHY it has all happened and most of the time it was due to propaganda and bad teachers. And yes, I agree those things need to be discussed, but we need to understand, that humans aren't infallible, on the contrary, are easily manipulated and boomers was the first generation to be attacked with propaganda on such a massive scale. So, attacking and blaming each other will only cause division and perpetuate the cycle. The elites fear when the populace agrees, that's why this kind of attack is the most frequent and hard to spot.
I used the labels to show the points of fracture that are used, it's hard not to use them when discussing the topic, but you are right I touched a few melting points.
It's how they were manipulated by the propaganda. This way you can program a person however you wish, especially if the person doesn't have a wide enough worldview. The bigger issue would be to never let the them program us (the humanity at large) again.
