I saw my FIRST EMP in 1996, on Northern Lights Blvd, Anchorage Alaska.
A Portal Opened up in the sky above the Mountains eastward of Fort Richardson. It looked like one of those electric balls with fingerlets of electricity coming out from a central bright point of arc welding light. It grew un size from a quarter at arms length to about a basket at the same perspective. It pulsed and throbbed in the sky. Everyone on the road slowed down. Then it flashed and all the lights went out in the city as well as all of the vehicles died. The entire city witnessed it, however in the newspapers the following day it was a transformer that had blown… I later discovered HAARP up at Gakona, AK.
This set me on path of high-strangeness discoveries over a multi-decade career in the USAF, with the HIGHEST CLASSIFICATION CLEARANCES on the Planet.
