Judge Says Trump and His Two Children Must Testify Under Oath in New York AG Letitia James’ Witch-hunt Investigation

State Judge Arthur Engoron ruled on Thursday that former President Trump and his two children, Ivanka and Don Jr., must testify in New York Attorney General Letitia James’ investigation into Trump’s business practices.

President Trump’s lawyers are expected to appeal.

A judge has ruled former President Donald Trump must answer questions under oath in a New York investigation into his business practices. State Judge Arthur Engoron made the decision Thursday. It is likely to be appealed. New York Attorney General Letitia James’ office issued subpoenas in December to Trump and his two eldest children, Ivanka and Donald Trump Jr. Both of them have been executives in their family’s Trump Organization. They were also ordered to testify. The judge previously sided with James on other matters relating to the probe, including making Eric Trump testify after his lawyers abruptly canceled a scheduled deposition.

In December New York Attorney General Letitia James subpoenaed Don Jr., and Ivanka Trump as part of a civil fraud probe into whether the Trump Organization inflated values of some of its properties.

Letitia James has been harassing Trump and his family…just as she promised.

In November 2018 after her election, Letitia James immediately began cursing and threatening President Donald Trump.

Moscow responds to US ‘intelligence’ on Russian invasion

The Foreign Ministry has previously claimed February 15 will be remembered as the day Western ‘propaganda’ failed

Attempts to work out when Russia might begin an invasion of Ukraine, despite the Kremlin’s insistence that war isn’t on the cards, only discredit Western intelligence agencies, Moscow has blasted as tensions continue to rise on the shared border between the two Eastern European nations.

In a series of comments issued on Wednesday, Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova poured scorn on Washington’s persistent announcements that an offensive is on the horizon.

According to her, Kiev, which has previously expressed doubt over claims an incursion is looming, has asked the West to lay off the doomsday warnings as such claims have dealt a blow to the country’s economy and created panic at home.

“Maybe [US officials] think it is normal to use a situation like this for some kind of revenge – something went wrong, and they need to push countries… to condemn people to torment, to suffer again, just to stroke their own ego, and among other things, are willing to go so far as to provide their own president with such distorted, falsified intelligence,” she said.

Reeling off a list of members of US President Joe Biden’s administration, Zakharova said that they had come out “one by one and said they had the intelligence in their hands.”

“What kind of intelligence is this? What kind of an embarrassment is this? Reports that an invasion is imminent or about to happen,” she went on. “The next minute, it turns out there is no absolute certainty that it is imminent, but yet there is already a date: in 48 hours, from 24 hours, maybe on the 15th, or 16th, maybe at 1 AM, maybe at 4AM.”

Western officials have been warning for months that Russia is massing its troops at the shared border ahead of ordering a full-blown offensive against Ukraine, accusations which the Kremlin has repeatedly denied. Over the weekend, the White House’s national security advisor, Jake Sullivan, told CNN that “sources” and “gathered intelligence” suggested “major military action” could “begin any day now.”

A number of American and British media outlets also ran stories claiming that February 15 or 16 could be the day Moscow’s armed forces strike. Bloomberg, which had previously mistakenly reported that an invasion had already begun, suggested Russia could attack on February 15, citing anonymous officials.

In a statement on Tuesday, Zakharova wrote that “15 February 2022 will go down in history as the day Western war propaganda failed,” insisting that the West has been “shamed and destroyed without firing a single shot.”

The FDA said that “new data” emerged in clinical trials, according to Pfizer, and so the FDA has postponed the meeting, which would have discussed emergency use authorization for the injection for children between the ages of six months and four years old. Obviously, this could be a massive setback for Pfizer-BioNTech’s efforts to inject children. As NATIONAL FILE reported days ago, the University of Pennsylvania — which hosts and directly funds Joe Biden’s think tank — profits off Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine sales and even profits off the Biden FDA’s approval of the vaccines, which represents a massive conflict of interest for Joe Biden. The FDA is still experiencing backlash after one of its advisory committee members, Eric Rubin, stated, “But we’re never going to learn about how safe the vaccine is unless we start giving it. The FDA advisory committee that authorized the jab for 5-year olds was filled with Pfizer cronies. Not surprisingly, Pfizer’s fourth quarter earnings report discusses the possibility of unfavorable safety data for the vaccine and the risk of “serious” adverse reactions.

Trooper allegedly groped by Andrew Cuomo sues ex-gov, Melissa DeRosa

The New York State trooper who claims disgraced former Gov. Andrew Cuomo groped her sued the former governor and his longtime aide Melissa DeRosa Thursday.

The woman named in the suit as “Trooper 1” is seeking damages from the duo and a declaratory judgement that they both “violated federal, state, and civil laws.”

The woman claims DeRosa was active in the coverup and worked to protect Cuomo, who has consistently denied all claims of illegal activity.

The incident was detailed in Attorney General Letitia James bombshell sexual harassment report that forced Cuomo to resign in August 2021, but the Nassau County District Attorney’s Office declined to prosecute Cuomo for the allegations.

Cuomo resigned in August 2021 after James’ report substantiated or uncovered 11 women sexually harassed or mistreated by the governor.

None of the allegations against him have led to criminal investigation, all dropped by DA’s who said there was not sufficient legal basis to the allegations and often determined his behavior was inappropriate but not illegal.

“Our exhaustive investigation found the allegations credible, deeply troubling, but not criminal under New York law,” Nassua DA Joyce Smith said in December.

Artillery Shelling Reported in East Ukraine Amid Conflicting Statements

The eastern Ukrainian village of Stanytsia Luhanska village was shelled with heavy weapons from the “occupied Donbas” area, according to Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba in Twitter post on Thursday.

“Civilian infrastructure damaged. We call on all partners to swiftly condemn this severe violation of Minsk agreements by Russia amid an already tense security situation,” he wrote on Twitter.

Since 2014, the Donbas area has been occupied by what Ukrainian and Western forces say are pro-Russian separatists. A photograph posted online allegedly showed damage to a kindergarten in Stanytsia Luhanska.

Ukraine’s President Volodymyr Zelenskiy alleged that pro-Russian forces had shelled a kindergarten, in what he called a “big provocation.” For its part, the Kremlin said Moscow was “seriously concerned” about reports of an escalation after the separatists accused government forces of opening fire on their territory four times in the past 24 hours.

The self-proclaimed Luhansk People’s Republic, one of two rebel regions, said Ukrainian forces had used mortars, grenade launchers, and a machine gun in four separate incidents on Thursday.

“Armed forces of Ukraine have crudely violated the ceasefire regime, using heavy weapons, which, according to the Minsk agreements, should be withdrawn,” the separatists said in a statement.

Responding to the reports of shelling, Pentagon chief Lloyd Austin, who is in Brussels for a NATO conference, said the United States is looking into claims that the kindergarten was shelled. The incident, he said, is “certainly troubling” and asserted “we have said for some time that the Russians might do something like this in order to justify a military conflict so we will be watching this very closely.”

For weeks now, White House officials have repeatedly warned that Russia—which they say has amassed well over 100,000 troops near Ukraine’s borders—would invade its neighbor. Moscow has categorically denied those allegations and has said it’s the United States and NATO that are trying to spread propaganda to cause the pretext for a war in Eastern Europe.

NATO Secretary-General Jens Stoltenberg on Thursday claimed Russia has the resources now to conduct “a full-fledged invasion of Ukraine” with little-to-no warning. In a dispute of Russian and Belarussian statements that their troops are conducting military drills in the area, Stoltenberg said it is “not a normal exercise.”

Louisiana teacher admits giving kids cupcakes laced with husband’s sperm

A sick Louisiana teacher has pleaded guilty to giving her students cupcakes laced with her husband’s sperm.

Cynthia Perkins, 36, admitted to a slew of disturbing sex crimes, including child pornography, second-degree rape and mingling of harmful substances, when she took a plea deal in Livingston on Monday.

The teacher and her now-ex-husband, Dennis Perkins, were arrested in 2019 on more than 150 sex crime-related charges — including sexually abusing a child together.

Cynthia was also hit with the harmful substance charge after she put Dennis’ sperm into cupcakes that she gave to students at Livingston’s Westside Junior High School, authorities said.

Under the plea deal, Cynthia had 68 other charges against her dismissed and will have to testify against Dennis at his upcoming trial.

“She not only waived any right to appeal, and attempt to avoid conviction, but she also spared the victims from reliving her horrific crimes during this particular trial,” Louisiana Attorney General Jeff Landry said in a statement.

Western Media is Literally Peddling Neo-Nazi Propaganda to Prompt War Between Russia and Ukraine.

…and it's not the first time Western institutions have sided with Nazis in the conflict against Russia.

Western media outlets have been peddling “military training” imagery featuring 79-year-old Valentyna Konstantynovska, aka “Granny Valentyna,” amidst the consistent pro-war coverage of Ukraine and Russia. Now, it has emerged, the images of the elderly lady in training were actually organized by the nation’s avowedly Neo-Nazi paramilitary, the ‘Azov Battalion’.

Konstantynovska featured on the front pages of a number of Western newspapers in the past week, including The Financial Times, the Times, the Daily Telegraph, and the Independent – all UK-based papers or news sites. The sabre-rattling stories have also hit Israel’s Haaretz, America’s Fox News, and the Irish Times.

The photographs and media released over the past week show the senior citizen amongst others undergoing weapons and first aid training in the city of Mariupol in south-east Ukraine. The event appears to have been organized and promoted by the Azov Battalion, which formed in 2014 as a volunteer paramilitary organization before integrating into Ukraine’s formal military forces. In late 2021, the Biden regime proposed sending upwards of $300 million to Ukraine’s military, potentially aiding the Azov Battalion.

A spokesman for the group has attempted to dissuade American politicians from stopping funding for the entity, claiming that only one in five of the unit’s members are actual Neo-Nazis. Their efforts, especially with the Biden government, appear to have paid off.

In the middle of the coverage of the group’s training propaganda was NBC News’ chief foreign correspondent Richard Engel.

Engel actively promoted the stunt, interviewing the 79-year-old Granny Valentyna as she learned to use an AK-47.

“If Putin comes, I should be able to shoot. The threat is very serious. I think every person in our country should be able to shoot from the window or on the street if the enemy comes,” she told media outlets, further normalizing the threat of war between Ukraine and Russian forces.

ABC 7 in New York also covered the story under the banner, “Ukraine special forces offer training to civilians.”

In a video posted to Twitter, the Nazi insignia of the group is clearly visible on the right arm of the soldier training a Ukrainian child.

Other videos surfaced of the training, including one captioned “The Azov Regiment explains to the people of Mariupol how to avoid danger.” Again, the Wolfsangel insignia – popularized by the Nazi Party in Germany during the Second World War – is clear on the uniforms of those performing the training.

US President Joe Biden says there is now every indication Russia plans to invade Ukraine, including carrying out a false flag operation to justify it, after Ukrainian forces and pro-Moscow rebels clashed in the Donbass separatist region.

Ukraine disputed the claim, saying separatists had shelled its forces but they didn’t fire back. The Ukrainian military command said shells hit a kindergarten in Stanytsia Luhanska, wounding two teachers, and cut power to half the town.

Ukraine Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba said the shells were fired by a tank operated by Russia-backed separatists.

"These shells came from the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine, which are controlled by Russia," Mr Kuleba said at a joint press conference in Kyiv after meeting his British counterpart, Liz Truss.

Ukraine's President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said the pro-Russian forces had shelled the kindergarten, calling it a "big provocation".

Mr Biden told reporters the White House believed Russia was "engaged in a false flag operation to have an excuse to go in".

"Every indication we have is they're prepared to go into Ukraine and attack Ukraine," he said.

Early stages of Russia’s Ukraine invasion ‘unfolding’ now

US Secretary of State Antony Blinken says the early stages of a Russian invasion of Ukraine are “unfolding right now, today”.

US Secretary of State Antony Blinken warned members of the United Nations Security Council that the early stages of a Russian invasion of Ukraine were “unfolding” after Moscow bolstered its forces along the border between the two nations in recent days.

Mr Blinken, who swung by Turtle Bay on his way to Germany for this weekend’s Munich Security Conference, described the crisis as “the most immediate threat to peace and security” and called on the global body to “address” the situation, the NY Post reports.

“The stakes go far beyond Ukraine,” the Secretary of State said in remarks lasting roughly 10 minutes.

“This is a moment of peril for the lives and safety of millions of people as well as for the foundation of the United Nations charter and the rules-based international order that preserves stability worldwide.”

Mr Blinken pointed to new intelligence showing that Russia is sending more ground troops, aircraft and ships to the region as it prepares to “launch an attack”.

“In fact, it’s unfolding right now, today, as Russia takes steps down the path to war and reissued the threat of military action,” he said.

“I am here today not to start a war, but to prevent one. The information I presented here is validated by what we’ve seen unfolding in plain sight before our eyes for months.”

While Russia has dismissed the West’s warnings of invasion as “‘melodrama and nonsense,’ they’ve been steadily amassing more than 100,000 troops on Ukraine’s borders as well as the capabilities to conduct a massive military assault. It isn’t just us saying this. Allies and partners see the same thing,” said America’s top diplomat before imploring the Kremlin to take concrete steps to end the standoff.

“The Russian government can announce today, with no equivocation or deflection, that Russia will not invade Ukraine,” Mr Blinken said.

“State it clearly, state it plainly to the world. And then demonstrate it by sending your troops, your tanks, your planes, back to their barracks and sending your diplomats to the negotiating table.”
