Thanks for your concerns about preserving this board. As long as anons are watching, admins are often present, and there is a place to report specific problems (pinned Meta thread), there is no way for an off-board shill team to interfere with boards ops.
Bakers are here to transition the breads, collect notables (w/noms & feedback from anons), and make sure there are no undocumented dough changes. Signed-in bakers have custody of the dough as long as they do this responsibly.
Only exception i can think of are those who blatantly act like shills while not baking (posting spam or illegal content) or who have committed past illegal acts that can be clearly documented.
