Another person got arrested in Ottawa after briefly removing his shirt and acting crazy in front of police. The 'Travel Fun 69' chat called him a plant right away; the streamer then said: 'we will know if he was a plant if video of his arrest makes the news'. Apparently it's already being shown on CBC, about twenty minutes after the 'arrest'. kek
