I can think of at least 5 or moar serious charges just on the RICO front. Yes. Durham hit Sussman with basically a process crime. The depths of criminality all of these people went to is irrefutable and damn serious. I'm just wondering during the grand jury procedings that other indictments were also handed down and Durham is sitting on them only to deliver the knockout punch that will have Sussman giving up everything on everybody. I just have never understood why someone as hardnosed as everyone claims Durham is, went for a petty crime instead of dropping the whole fucking thing in Sussman's lap.
