Based on the EO's I read back in Dec/Jan(?) some of their rights will be non-existent - including Right to Habeas Corpus.
If I read them/linked them together correctly, the arrested are going to be considered Enemy Combatants for providing and facilitating the transfer of Financial support to Enemies of the US and/or for creating an Economic Situation that is so severe as to potentially be/become a threat to National Security. Enemy Combatants DO NOT have all of the Rights afforded to "regular" criminals.
Not as much as you might think. Women didn't fight in those wars (even though lots died as civilians) and women carry a great deal of srength and resolve. That is passed to sons as well. Maybe the women will save UK/Europe.
