Hillary suffers from lower back issues. She walks with a Circumduction gait on her right side, a common walking condition among people with nerve damage. This is most likely due to a lower back vertebral subluxation or disc pinching a nerve. As she walks she tends to throw her right leg out and around during the forward swing phase. During the video a small piece of metal falls out of her pants leg onto the ground. This could also be a knee brace for a meniscus tear that is a result of the uneven loading of the knee joint due to the circumduction. Domino effect of ailments. The position she is in is typical of an individual suffering muscle spasms in the lumbar area. The hand placement is a natural reaction as to help support the spine.
