Linda Decurzio sts she is former volunteer at 100 + abandon dogs where incident took place. She speaks as if she knows the dog involved but has only been at the rehab center less than two weeks. When did she stop volunteering? Something else I noticed was the apparent owner in the video seemed like she wanted nothing to do with Linda even brushing her arm away as she attempted to interact with her.
