Not trying to bitch here just curious if anons have any opinion or suggestion.
My mother purchases Trump's book "Our Journey Together" back in December. (It was for a Christmas present.). She got a postcard in late December saying that it is now expected to ship in January (oh well).
But now it's February and she still doesn't have it. She has sent several emails (45books.com does not have a phone number) and only received 1 response.
They said it was on the way and provided a USPS tracking number. That number shows that a label was created over a week ago but there's been no activity since.
Now I'm having to get involved because she's very upset. I emailed them asking for help and they responded right away asking for order #.
I gladly provided order number and order date but now it's been two days and they haven't replied to me?
WTF?!
So I emailed them one last time and said please don't make me contact the bank to get her money back (she's elderly). I told them figure it out by Monday or I would contact the bank.
What the fuck kind of operation are they running there? No fucking phone number? Shoddy email responses?
I don't know that there's anything else I can do so Monday it is.
Pisses me off and it also makes Trump look bad in the process. Can't wait to call the bank and say yeah we ordered Trump's book but it never came and we get no response from them - please refund our money.
