Shits going down man, police are all geared up in riot gear now. Look like military. They're trying to move people around now. They got into a scuffle before and dragged some people off. They all are refusing to give their badge numbers and explain what charges will be brought against people if they're arrested

On the roof? Doubtful. You have to be specially let on to the roof, especially in winter. Plus the guys in the stream are identifying them as "police". If they were media they'd have the big visible cameras to the feet on the ground (streamers).
