yes, board has lots of history

but now is now - not the past

if baker preserves the dough, takes or picks up notes properly, listens to anon feedback about notes (etc), and bakes - they can bake.

If they screw up, that's different. Don't like the baker? Fine. Watch them, make sure they do a good job. if so, complain here or on Meta.
