I quickly looked into this from a JS point of view and if we've got any UI/JS fags here I think we could get this done pretty quick. I may take a stab at just creating the clock itself.

Using this as a template I think It may not be so bad... and by that I mean a week or so of work for just one person. Less if they can work the HTML5 canvas via javascript.
