That "cartoon" is not appropriate. I do not want to see sexy kids in any form here. Anime just fine by me as long as it doesn't cross that line. This one goes too far with a little girl in sexy costume.
I normally just filter things I don't want to see and don't complain about graphic sexual or violent content, but I wanted to point out this this subliminal introduction of sexy kid images to make others aware. It's easy to overlook and think it's just a nice sexy pic, but it introduces the idea of KIDS being sexy which is being promoted everywhere we look and needs to be stopped. We must push back whenever these things are promoted before they infiltrate our subconscious.
