just got ground truth some as to what is going on in Ottawa from source:

• cops using batons. trying to knock protestors down and drag them behind their lines to effect arrests

• have hit protestors with assault rifles butts

• using pepper spray and tear gas (probably less effective in cold temps)

• cops using gun butts to smash vehicle windows to get at protesters

• LRAD type machine sonic being used (sounded like a very loud fire alarm)

• cops have used batons on kneeling protesters

• cops shooting people in the legs with tear gas canisters

• cops are entering larger vehicles with pistols drawn (Canuckistan is very disarmed. near 0% chance that protestor has a weapon.)
