Q has emphasised that PEOPLE and the GOVERNING ENTITIES are not the same thing, eg. blame the People of Middle Eastern countries for terrorism vs. blame the rogue gov elements and violent controlled minority.
Also, the wikileaks intern writing this does not have the 40k+ view neccessary for understanding this. He probably doesn't even believe in Pleiadians.

They exist and they are not bad guys. You have to see this for yourself. They are literally Angels of Light. Even a few words exchanged with them makes for a wonderful experience.
