dunno…but it is a solid question.
i think peer to a certain extent ….like Schwab controls a consortium of people / gov'ts but lacks the personal wealth and overt funds the way Soros does.
Soros on the other hand in control of large sums of money and Corporate boards (more direct and deeper control - less broad).
