When did Admiral Nelson lose his one leg and one eye, was it before the Waterloo war or after?

It wasn’t a leg, it was an arm.

To answer your question, Nelson lost the eye and the arm before Waterloo.

Because when Waterloo happened, Nelson had been dead for 10 years.

Waterloo was 1815. Nelson died in 1805, at Trafalgar.

In 1797, he (Horatio Nelson) distinguished himself while in command of HMS Captain at the Battle of Cape St Vincent. Shortly after that battle, Nelson took part in the Battle of Santa Cruz de Tenerife, where the attack failed and he lost his right arm, forcing him to return to England to recuperate.
