All I can say is it was decided (QResear.ch for details) that the BO would have a place for comms for board issues and Globals was that place. What goes in there is controlled by the BO.
I mean, why shouldn't the BO have a place to have comms with the board? Are you against the BO having comms with the board? Many anons discussed this and this is what was decided. I don't remember anybody saying 'go make your own board if you don't like it'. Feel free to prove me wrong.
