They'll probably add one for Android soon as well, if they haven't already.
I don't even own a smart phone.
Seems no cookies for me then (pic related)
Welp, given Putin is exKGB, and assuming Schwab did not lie ….
then I'd consider it more likely the russians wanted to know what Schwab's Young Leaders were up to.
There are still some "anons", it would seem, trying to discourage others using that simple trick.
Kek!
My browser is set to never open up pdf in browser, but instead download them.
With these settings, I click on mp4 disguised as pdf and get browser view of vid in new window.

Doesnt matter. This is no reason to discourage anons to find a workaround which works.
I, for one, try to work with what I got.
Seems you're using windows and/or your file browser does hide file extensions.
That's why you ended up with a file named "[xyz].pdf.mp4"
Change file browser settings to show file extensions and you'll be able to change them by renaming

You have your browser set up to interpret/show PDF files. So it tries to open a PDF as pdf and it fails, of course, because it is an mp4.
Either, remove that setting in your browser (pic for firefox->setting->general) or right-click save file someplace on you computer and open it using vlc (or whatever other player).
Top right "options"
