Try clearing your browsers cache if you can or rebooting, doesn't hurt. Make sure you have the right version of the IPhone, someone said 7 or higher I think.
It usually is mime type relate. Something might be sent back in a binary format (application/octet-stream or something like that instead of xhtml) instead of regular http being that it has access to low level api's.
