It didn't move like a mouse ans did look like it could have been a piece of Mylar/Kapton/foil but that stuff is strong and why would there be a piece torn unless it was sloppy work? The way it moved was strange, gingerly across the direction it was traveling. What would create that type of turbulence to blow it that direction? The camera changed views quick.
