Please don't misconstrue what I'm saying. Everyone has a "go time", that point at which an anon makes a commitment. It might be a run for the school board, volunteering to be a precinct worker, poll watcher, speak out at city council meetings or attend a demonstration (or a Trump rally).
Commitment, crossing a threshold in order to "be in the game".
As to the time travel, I don't know. They have created warp bubbles recently, and the speed at which some "UFO's move tells me that they are at least warping time for a desired effect.
