Blinken is going on and on and on. Talking about the Fucking Budapest Memorandum now. Earlier said Putin is breaking the Minsk Agreement . He's lying, Russia can't break the Minsk Agreement. Russia is not a signatory of these Agreements. It's an agreement between the Ukraine government & Donetsk and Luhansk districts. Those districts which the Nuland & Pyatt installed coup d'etat government attacked.
And the Ukrainian Foreign Minister is a psychopath.

Note: The Ukrainian psychopath (probably a senior fellow at The Atlantic) had just before said Russia has broken every agreement they have ever made. Blinken said Russia SIGNED the Minsk Agreement and then he ripped them up. Again, Russia didn't sigh anything. Russia, France & Germany worked together to get the Coup D'etat installed government in Kiev to meet with a couple quickly elected 'officials' from Luhansk and Donetsk in Minsk. Believe it took at least 2 meetings before the bastards from Kiev finally signed with what media is falsely accusing as the separatists. Russia was not a party. Blinken and the Ukrainian F.M. lied through their teeth. They want world war.
