RC-135U Combat Sent HOMER39 "seems" to be on the ground in Cyprus. Over the past week I've tracked Rivet Joint (US and UK) as well, mostly over Poland bordering Ukraine.

The RC-135U Combat Sent is designed to collect technical intelligence on adversary radar emitter systems. Combat Sent data is collected to develop new or upgraded radar warning receivers, radar jammers, decoys, anti-radiation missiles, and training simulators.

This bird was converted from RC-135C Big Team (ELINT) strategic reconnaissance in the 70s.

Another bird from the 486th secretive squadron, this one hovering over Cape Canaveral.

Mysterious Boeing 757 (MSN 25494) previously apparently operated by US State Department Foreign Emergency Support Team - serial is 'guessed' from tail number 25001. It is actually MSN 25494/611, which would make it ex N987AN, and has carried serials 98-6006, 99-6143, 00-9001, and 02-5001 interchangeably.
