After a full day of courtroom drama, the Justice (judge) presiding over Pat King's bail hearing says no decision will be reached today.

Lawyer Calvin Rosemond defended King, while the Crown (prosecutor) Moiz Karimjee presented the case for denial of bail.

Submitted for consideration was King's criminal record along with a slew of his own videos and other videos where he was interviewed.

A woman named Kerry Komix, who says she met King four weeks ago at the start of the protests but has "known of him" for much longer, presented herself as his surety (guarantor). She pledged $50,000 to ensure he meets the court's conditions, using her home as collateral. She said she would keep him at her home in Alberta, where King also lives, holding on to his phone and making sure he doesn't access the internet. She said she would use an ankle monitor if needed.
