I have to disagree. I think Putin wants the Ukraine back because it was once part of the Soviet Union and his number one desire is to have the Soviet Union satellite states all reconnected to the status they were at before the NWO decided the USSR was becoming too powerful so they destroyed it. Putin’s life mission is to rebuild his motherland, and taking back Ukraine, just like taking back Crimea, is crucial to make that a reality. In all honesty the Ukrainians who aren’t corrupt or part of the illegitimate government there would happily join Russia just for the protection that Putin could provide them. There’s a reason why this is all happening, there’s a reason why Putin is aggressively coming to retake Ukraine, and the old guard isn’t about to let that truth come out or give up their base of operations - even if it triggers a nuclear war or a genocide. There’s a lot more going on here than meets the eye and Putin is the only one who can shine the light on the whole operation that’s being hidden from the world at the moment. And I must say it’s pretty commendable that he isn’t backing down against almost every world power and leader.
