MS-13 Lynn leader gets 15 years for racketeering in case tied to murder
Djavier Duggins, 32, of Lynn was sentenced by U.S. Senior District Court Judge Mark L. Wolf Friday at federal court in Boston. Duggins will also face three years of supervised release following his stint in prison.
“Who has the First Word, Haze or Mayimbu or Shadow?” an MS-13 gang member cooperating with law enforcement asked Henri “Perverso” Salvador Gutierrez to establish the leadership structure of the Lynn MS-13 group in a secret October 2018 recording.
“Haze,” Salvador said.
“Haze” is what Duggins went by as he led the Lynn-based Sykos Locos Salvatrucha clique of the transnational street gang known as MS-13.

Will Henri Salvador Gutierrez a/k/a Perverso, an illegal alien from El Salvador: on Wednesday afternoon, just as the Democrats on Beacon Hill were slobbering about how wonderful illegals are, about a mile away at the federal courthouse, this MS-13 gangbanger was being sentenced to life in prison for two gruesome murders of teenagers.
In 2014, Perverso sneaked into the country, illegally. Under Obama, MS-13 gangbangers like Perverso were lovingly called “unaccompanied minors.”

On Christmas Eve 2016, Perverso and his MS-13 crew lured their first victim to a park in East Boston and, according to the U.S. attorney’s office, he “personally stabbed the victim … at least a dozen sharp stab wounds … throat was slashed ….”
