Sorry, I've been under a rock for the last year. Are we,, today protecting the same Ukraine that originated all of the ransom ware attacks on US companies during the last 4 years? The attacks that our FBI call 'credible'? The attacks about which the FBI says they can do nothing?

Or is this a different Ukraine that's on our side?
