Perhaps Mr. Bragg has looked at this case and said "just exactly WTF are you people doing"? Donald Trump didn't value, revalue, estimate, guess or state none of that shit. Banks, appraisers, realestate brokers and who ever the fuck else that are the "Professionals", are the ones that do all that.
