So noticing many leaning toward wiki-comped, but don't see how to rule out that this is simply more of 'the show' (i.e. NK summit). In this case the goal being to get the SAMs to light up (turn radar on) thus exposing their own positions for targeting. Just thinking out loud as another possibility.
