I avoid regular sugar and have doing that for years now, but I still got problems breathing. Got years of prednisolone before hand. I'm off of that junk, but something isn't right and I can't get rid of it.

Tons of slime inside my nose and lungs, must have a cause, but I can't figure it out and it's all the time.

Nah, I checked for allergies years ago, nothing.

And I was healthy before I got all this bullcrap medicine. I got colitis around 15 years ago and since then these medicines fucked me up more and more. At least I got the colitis under control (thx to my own research). reason for prednisolone was also colitis, not my breathing.

And back then originally I never had any health issues.

I also got microfiber pillows, anti-allergic ones, but doesn't help.

Will check that out, ty.

Yes, my body has been right all the time and it feels that it wants to get rid of something and simply can't.

I tried all sorts of foods, nothing really changes. don't have access to raw milk, would love to try that.

I know, I'm off all milk products (except sometimes some Swiss cheese) and haven't even been in super markets for almost 2 years now.

Since I started to avoid all sugars (did that for my colitis, years ago) I figured out how much sugar they put into literally everything.
