A small number of COVID-19 vaccine recipients have reported adverse effects but some of the earliest report lingering health issues.

There were 4,041,396 first doses of Moderna COVID-19 vaccine reportedly administered in the United States as of January 10, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Of those, adverse events after getting the Moderna jab were submitted to the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS) for 1,266 people. A CDC report said 108 of those people were further reviewed and researchers determined ten of them suffered the severe reaction of anaphylaxis.

Myocarditis (inflammation of the heart) has been documented in young males, more often after the second dose of a vaccine than the first, according to the Myocarditis Foundation. The foundation website explains that about 81 percent of myocarditis reactions to vaccination fully recovered from their symptoms, while noting the data was extracted from a limited data set.

Most vaccine recipients expected the process to be safe and uneventful, confident in the medical community’s advocacy for them. It is probably no comfort to experience an adverse reaction to shots that are shrugged off by most other people and be told it is a rare occurrence. A Sunday report in “The Epoch Times” detailed the experiences of some early vaccine trial participants or early recipients of the vaccine.

Retired gastroenterologist, Doctor Danice Hertz reportedly received Pfizer’s vaccine on Dec. 23, 2020, shortly after the Food and Drug Administration granted it an Emergency Use Authorization. She told The Epoch Times she began experiencing adverse reactions about a half-hour after her jab.

“My face started burning and tingling and my eyes got blurry,” Hertz said, adding she also felt faint. She reportedly became so sick she feared she would die, as she suffered severe face pain, chest constriction, tremors, twitching extremities and ringing in her ears.

“I felt like someone was pouring acid on me,” the Los Angeles resident said.

Utah preschool teacher Brianne Dressen reportedly suffered so much after getting AstraZeneca’s COVID-19 vaccine in November 2020 she would often sit silently in a dark room.

“My little girl, she sings all the time,” Dressen reportedly said. “And, I couldn’t have her around me at all because sound was so unbearable.” She added her young son would try to comfort her by holding her hand, which she said was painful. She recounted how even her teeth became so sensitive it hurt to brush them. “So it’s like all of my sensory facets just overloaded.”

“It was the worst experience of my life.”

Just two days after the Canadian Parliament voted to uphold his unprecedented use of the Emergencies Act, Prime Minister Justin Trudeau announced that he has revoked the measure completely in a press conference on Wednesday afternoon.

The sudden decision to give up his emergency powers, which were set to remain for at least the next three weeks, is an unexpected one, to say the least. After all, Trudeau has employed the Emergencies Act for the past 10 days and has utilized the near-limitless powers to terrorize and harass the grassroots trucker convoy protests, so it’s not like he had a sudden change of heart all of a sudden.

However, Trudeau now says that the “emergency” is over. So, what changed over the past 48 hours?

Trudeau announced the decision:

“We’re ready to confirm the situation is no longer an emergency. Therefore, the federal government will be ending the use of the Emergencies Act. We are confident that existing laws and bylaws are now sufficient to keep people safe. of course, we will continue to be there to support provincial and local authorities if and when needed.”

https://resistthemainstream.org/abbott-directs-texas-agencies-to-investigate-sex-change-procedures-for-trans-youths-as-child-abuse

Conservatives are hailing a decision by Texas Governor Greg Abbott ordering authorities to investigate groups performing “sex change” procedures on minors, referring to the practice as “child abuse.”

Abbott’s order follows State Attorney General Ken Paxton’s Monday’s opinion.

In a letter sent Tuesday to the Department of Family and Protective Services, Abbott asserted the agency is “responsible for protecting children from abuse.”

The Governor also noted that under Texas law, “doctors, nurses, and teachers” are required to report abuse and warned there are “criminal penalties” for licensed professionals who fail to do so.

According to Blaze Media, Abbott’s letter was copied to several state agencies, including the Health and Human Services Commission, Texas Medical Board, and Texas Education Agency.

The Dallas News was the first to report on Abbott’s letter, which followed the Attorney General’s formal opinion on the matter.

According to Blaze Media’s report, Paxton’s opinion determined that certain medical and chemical procedures recommended for transgender people constitute illegal abuse when performed on children.

The Attorney General’s opinion is not legally binding. However, former state officials told the Dallas News, “there is a general expectation that agency directors will follow the ruling.”

Paxton’s opinion found that “sex-change procedures,” including “castration, surgery to remove male genitals, surgeries to remove the female reproductive system, plastic surgeries to construct artificial genitals, so-called ‘top surgery’ to remove female breasts, or any procedure that removes a healthy or non-diseased body part or tissue from children when not medically necessary” constitutes abuse.

The “abuse” classification also pertains to those providing “cross-sex hormones to children including puberty blockers, unnatural doses of testosterone for females, and unnatural doses of estrogen for males.” ..
