He's the type of person that his group always kept out of the loop on really important things because he can't keep his fucking mouth shut. So they only give him bits & pcs of info, true or not, usually at the last minute when it doesn't matter if he leaks it or not.

He just adds info to their info, he knows what people want to hear weather true or not, so he twists "insider" info with info anyone paying attention would know.
