Someone dies because of stupidity, someone - because of the miscalculation of the command, and someone - simply because they were unlucky. Not enough. Still a fraction of a second, but no. This applies equally to civilian casualties: in war, they are inevitable. Especially if people panic and start running instead of staying in their homes. Ukraine's leadership has done nothing to reduce panic and explain to people how to behave. At the moment, Ukraine has lost its military aircraft fleet, almost all air defense, with the exception of MANPADS. The runways were put out of action, the "mosquito fleet" was destroyed, and the troops of the information confrontation ceased to exist. The Security Service of Ukraine burns documents in panic, and the command and control of the troops is completely violated.
