Ukraine's president signs decree on general mobilisation of population
Across Ukraine, at least 68 people were killed, including both soldiers and civilians, after the first day of fighting.
UKRAINE’S PRESIDENT VOLODYMYR Zelensky has signed a decree ordering a general mobilisation as his country faces a large-scale invasion by Russian troops.
Conscripts and reservists in all of Ukraine’s regions will be called up, according to the decree published by the Ukrainian presidency, which is to be in effect for 90 days.

Иными словами, ни о каких переговорах в Киеве не думают, демонстрируя готовность бросить в пекло войны и юнцов, и престарелых. При таком раскладе апелляция к здравомыслию и надежде хотя бы на зачатки диалога с Киевом теряют смысл. Наша задача — довести операцию до конца и демонтировать такую украинскую «государственность». Для настоящей денацификации показательных маршей по областям Малороссии уже мало. Нужно закрепляться на занятых рубежах, получать подкрепления и приступать к зачистке, локализуя и ликвидируя очаги сопротивления. Это непросто, но в противном случае будет несоизмеримо сложнее

Yes, it seems that large forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine are thrown there and there will be no air cover, since it is not possible to use artillery because of civilians! I can't say anything more, only hopes for a faster resolution of the conflict and a minimum number of civilian casualties.]
Просмотрел большинство данных об этой точке! Да, похоже на то, что туда брошены большие силы ВСУ и прикрытия с воздуха там не будет, так как не возможно применение артиллерии из-за мирных жителей! Не могу более ничего сказать, только надежды на более быстрое разрешение конфликта и минимальное количество жертв со стороны мирного населения
