Contradicting reports on plane shootdown over Kyiv. Ukrainian military claims their AA shot down a Russian jet, but CNN is reporting that a Russian surface-to-air missile shot down a Ukrainian jet.

CNN reporting now the explosion over Kyiv tonight was a Ukrainian SU-27 shot down by Russian anti-air battery in the city's suburbs. Ukraine has lost the skies over its capital. Grim.
