When i saw the live link still there - even tho the post was gone - thought that very odd.
Did an expt - posted something, post as a notable in another post, then deleted the notabled post
Result: green test, not a live link
This looks like some kind of tech problem. Do not know how deleted but system may have somehow glitched.
